Diving into People and Timelines

Timelines are Based on Vibratory Frequency:
Whatever you are experiencing, whatever is showing up in your 3D reality is deemed by the frequency you are emitting. We are energy. We came from energy. We will continue on as energy as we go, feel free to take or leave the things I say here, they are my own personal findings and speculations. If they create a new insight within you, fabulous, if not, that's dandy too.
We are constantly shifting timelines each and every second. And there are infinite versions of reality and infinite versions of yourself that you are constantly shifting to each moment. I have touched upon the podcast a few times how I view time. Basically, instead of seeing it as a linear thing, I view it as a sphere of time. Each second we are shifting into different parts of the sphere, and every spot dictates a new timeline that we have shifted into. We cannot control the outside, you can't control how the film role plays out, But you can, however, dictate what film role you shift to. Am I a pro at this? Heck no. But have I experienced shifts? Heck yes.
In order to mindfully shift to a more pleasing timeline for you, you will want to pay attention to the things in your reality now. What do you enjoy, and what do you find yourself rubbing up against in opposition? If you can figure out WHY you are so opposed to something, that's how you will be able to shift away from it, with some work of course.
The things we resist are usually because of a lack belief or lack programming coming up. The main ones I experience these days are:
Fear for lack of safety.
Fear for lack of worthiness.
Fear for lack of abundance.
but the list can go on for you.
If you can pinpoint a belief that comes up when you think about a less than desirable scenario you can start working on the potentially deep-seated beliefs to soften them. Depending on how long you have been operating at this belief you may need to take more or less time working on it.
My personal process is:
- Figure out the belief. Once you know that you have a lot more personal power back.
- Be honest with WHY you believe or believed that thing to be true. Is there a childhood connection here? Did your parents unknowingly instil this in you? Did friends unknowingly make you believe this? Dig deep. This is the important part.
- Find evidence in today's reality that you are experiencing to negate that. "No one is impeding on your safety right now, you are okay." or "even if that worst-case scenario happens, you will still be alive and you will still be able to move through it."
- Try to see if there is a lesson in this belief system you need to unlock. A recent one for me was "I cannot fight other people's battles/ I can't be everyone's 'ms. fix it' as much as I'd like to be.".
- For the last two steps you will have to work on recognizing them as they come up. They don't just go away, you need to continue to work on them to re-program the belief you may have.
- Allow the situation to be neutral. Letting go of needing to control HOW it plays out will help you shift away from it quicker and into a more desired timeline.
Again, that's just my process. You can use that or use what works for you!
Where do People come into this?
I believe that people in our reality are us pushed out/ being reflected back to us. And are representing different aspects of ourselves that we either need to address or are amplifying.
In yesterday's podcast I explained it like this:
"You see all people, like you'll see all the versions of yourself that are being pushed out at you. But then all of those people also exist but they are also on their own timeline. So you're timeline and their timeline might not necessarily match up. But you see the reflection from them of what you're timeline is and what timeline you're on. So those people, while they are real, while they are 'there' it's based on the vibration that you are putting out."

So what the heck does that mean?
Not that people are not real. BUT what if MAYBE, just MAYBE since all versions of time exist and all versions of us exist we are seeing the version of other people based on our beliefs and thoughts and system we are running?
I know, it's a very meta sort of mindset but it's has made the most sense to me.
Have you noticed sometimes when you start changing who you are and changing different beliefs and things at first everyone is like "wait, why are you different?" or "wait, didn't you used to____?". It's because you haven't made the jump to the timeline yet where they reflect that change back to you. Once you do jump those people will either meet you there or fall away. That's why when you hear different law of attraction coaches talk about relationships with other people they say worry about yourself, the right people will find you, the wrong ones will fall away. It's not about being "right" or "wrong" it's just about lining up that energy.
WHEW! Are you still with me?
Basically, Start with You.
What I am getting at in this long-winded explanation is that when you start controlling your inner landscape, the out landscape and people in it will follow suit. Once you shift and stay there for long enough, you jump to a more desired timeline consciously and you will notice the things and people in your reality line up for you.
If you can be open to things happening in their own way you will become a master at creating your most desired reality. Which sounds counter-intuitive because, if you aren't controlling things and dictating them, how can it go the way you want? It's because when you let go of things needing to look, feel, and be a certain way and focus on the feeling state of what you want and don't worry about how it's presented you will end up with things even better than you could have imagined.
You don't have to WRITE the script, but you can COMMAND the script. And that is your ultimate power. Play around with it and see what happens!
